The Rules

You can't run a series without rules

If you left it to race drivers, there would be no rules. And no competition. Which no one wants.

Improved production is designed to give everyone a chance. Different cars are given different minimum weights, depending on engine and drive type. There are also rules on driving standards. While we don't want a boring processional series, we don't want a demolition derby either

Car Rules

  • Cars must be built to a maximum PI of 550

  • Cars can not have tyre width changed

  • Cars can not have twin superchargers fitted

  • Cars can not have swapped drivetrains or engines

  • Cars must have

    • Forza Aero (Front and Back)

    • Sport Transmission

    • Sport Tyres

    • Race Brakes

    • Race Diff

    • Race Suspension

    • Race Roll Cage

  • There are two categories of car, under and over 2000cc. Eligible cars can be found here

Driving Rules

  • NO DICKHEADS. Rubbing is racing. I don't mind incidental contact, think of it as closer to Touring Cars than Sports Cars. But I don't want people intentionally nerfing or blocking like an arsehole. If you feel wronged, clip it.

  • NO STM, ABS OR TCS. Because the races are standing starts, TCS is a definite advantage. and to be honest, you shouldn't need it in these cars. If you're really craving grip, pick an AWD vehicle.

  • KEEP IT ON THE TRACK. The track has white lines for a reason. 2 wheels inside the white line at all times. If you gain an advantage, yield the advantage. If you are wronged, clip it.

  • DON'T TAKE THIS TOO SERIOUSLY. At the end of the day, this is only a game. Don't be a dick.

  • PENALTIES.

  • Penalties will be administered as point deductions. A minor offence will attract a 15 point deduction. A 2nd and subsequent minor offence will attract a 25 point deduction. A major offence will attract a 40 point deduction.

    • Minor offences include:

      • Going off track and not yielding your advantage should one be gained

      • Contact resulting in an incident, and it is abundantly clear who is at fault

    • Major offences include:

      • Dangerous driving

      • Reckless contact resulting in a multi-car incident, and it’s clear who’s ass I can blame.
